With origins dating to 1146, current features include a 13th Century tower, nave and south doorway and 14th Century Chancel. Interesting connection with Maori of New Zealand. Maggie Papakura was a princess who married a local farmer and is buried in the churchyard.

From M40/J9 take the A34 to Oxford and then take the turning for Islip. Turn right at the T junction and follow the road through the village. After the Red Lion pub take the left turn signposted Middle Street. Continue around the bend and then take the right turn signposted for Charlton on Otmoor and Oddington. Keep right and the Church will be on your left.
