Oxford Canal at ThruppIf you’re contemplating finding your inner equestrian or just looking for a way to explore North Oxfordshire that’s a little different, then horse riding is for you! Cantering over the wide open plains you will be able to take in the brilliant views of the countryside and the bridleways provide a retreat away from the bustling towns. 

The Jubilee Ride is a 9 mile circular equestrain/cycle route on bridleways and quiet roads passing through Stoke Lyne, Bainton, Fringford, Hethe, Tusmore, Hardwick.  A full colour leaflet is available to purchase from Banbury Tourist Information Centre.  Check out more about this route on the Council website's 'Countryside Recreation' page under North Oxfordshire circular rides.
