Oxford Country Cottages are situated on Lower Farm in Noke in a courtyard with four 4* self-catering farm cottages for holiday and business short lets, sleeping up to six per cottage and open year round. Family run by James & Felicity Dolleymore who live at Lower Farm, we are a peaceful and secluded country retreat bordering the thousand acre RSPB reserve of Otmoor, yet only 5 miles from Oxford City Centre.

Whether you are on business, on holiday, in the middle of a house move, taking a sabbatical or just making a visit to Oxford, we aim to do everything possible to make your stay with us a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable one.

Road Directions

From London (South East):-

M40, junction 8, take the A40 to Oxford. After approximately 3 miles, go through the traffic lights and past the Park and Ride. At the next roundabout, with McDonalds on your left, take the last exit – 5th exit, signposted, Crematorium and Stanton St John. Drive past the crematorium and at the end of the road, turn left onto the B4027, sign-posted Islip. Travel approximately 2 miles and then take the right hand turning into Noke.

From Birmingham (North West):-

M40, junction 9, take the A34 towards Newbury. After approximately 1 mile after passing two service stations, take the slip-road, sign-posted to Islip, Heathfield and Wheatley. At the top of the road, turn right onto the B4027 towards Islip. Travel through Islip, over the bridge and up the hill and then turn left into Noke.

From Newbury (South):-

A34 northbound. Go past the Oxford and Kidlington slip-roads. Take the slip-road signposted Islip, Heathfield and Wheatley. At the top of the road, turn right onto the B4027 towards Islip. Travel through Islip, over the bridge and up the hill and turn left into Noke.
