The Holt is a beautifully refurbished traditional coaching inn dating back to 15th century with all the comforts of a modern hotel, boasting 86 bedrooms all individually styled with their own en-suite bathroom. We have several family rooms throughout the hotel as well as spa bathrooms and the Blenheim Suite with its magnificent four-poster bed. Complimentary full english breakfast is included with all bookings.

Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available, we also have a good proportion of ground floor rooms for easy access. Every room has a trouser press, hair dryer, colour television, direct dial telephone, tea and coffee making facilities. We have 24 hour room service menu available. Laundry facilities include a same-day dry cleaning service, iron and ironing boards available on request. We can arrange flowers, champagne and chocolates to be ready in the room for your arrival.

Relax and enjoy the ambiance of Du Vall’s Restaurant, award winning AA Rosette for cuisine. Extensive A la Carte. Fine wine selection from around the world by the glass or bottle, or a magnum for that special occasion.

From the South: come off a junction 9 M40; follow A340 south west to B430, them north to B4030 then west to The Holt.
